Data deletion

Delete the data we received from Meta

  1. In Tempomat, go to Settings → Platforms and click Disconnect on Meta, or
  2. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Tempomat and click Remove.

We then delete your Meta connection and access token, synced ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and pixels, and cached performance data from Meta. Removing the app from Facebook gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Delete everything else

Workspace owners can delete a workspace in Settings → Workspace, which deletes all of its data and files. To delete your account or ask for anything else, email support@tempo.example.
